A novel based on the "Star Trek" series "Enterprise" is dedicated to U. S. Army officer Ehren Watada, who was court martialled for failing to deploy to Iraq, calling it an illegal war.
It should be noted that the novel's authors dedicated their last novel to Cindy Sheehan.

Another book I ordinarily would have bought, but since the authors' wear their politics on their sleeves, they can forget about my $7.

What a jerk.
Hijack something that you did not create and use it for political purposes.
Roddenberry was a decorated bomber pilot in WWII.
How bout dedicating to that?

Watching "Enterprise" is almost painful. Every show has a liberal, PC message.

That show was hit or miss, mostly miss. And the entire third season was a 9/11 commentary piece.

No suprise. I remember reading co-author Andy Mangel's work in the late Amazing Heroes fanzine. Always with a left-wing point to make and always promoting his gayness. You couldn't pay me enough to read a novel of his.

Yeah, he does that a lot in his novels. I stopped reading them a long time ago.

Moonbats writing Star Trek novels? Don't give those authors royalties. They're anti-American scum.
