TWO (ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS) ARRESTED AFTER FATAL CRASH
Riverside CA News for the Inland Empire.Monday, ^ | November 05, 2007 | by Cathy Maestri

Two illegal immigrants were arrested Sunday after one allegedly drove drunk and was involved in an accident that killed a Lake Elsinore man; the other helped him flee.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the initial investigation indicates that Isaac Flores-Palacios, 32, was driving his employer’s pickup truck west on Lakeshore Drive on Sunday afternoon when a pickup driven by Ben Hernandez, 66, turned left in front of him near Avenue 6. Hernandez was ejected and died at the scene.

Florez-Palacios allegedly left his vehicle and was picked up by his brother-in-law, Javier Delfino-Hernandez, 29, who had been following him. Witnesses described the driver involved in the accident as well as the car that picked him up, which was spotted by a helicopter crew. Ground officers stopped the car and obtained information that identified Flores-Palacios, who had subsequently tried to report his truck as stolen, as the driver involved in the accident; he was detained at a Lake Elsinore address and identified by witnesses.

Flores-Palacios, who lives in Lake Elsinore, was arrested for hit-and-run causing death and driving while intoxicated. Delfino-Hernandez, who lives in Homeland, was arrested for being an accessory; he is also on probation for a previous D.U.I. and had a warrant for his arrest in regard to a deportation order.

Police are continuing to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call (951) 245-3300.

Frankly, I’d be for swapping these clowns for illegal aliens.

Huh where was the outrage when the below happened.

An Arlington teenager discovered just how many people have been supporting her as she recovers from a near-fatal car accident. "They didn't think that I was going to live," said 13-year-old Kaitlyn Wade of Arlington. "Look who showed them." In May, Kaitlyn was in a car with a friend and her friend's father when an alleged drunk driver ran a red light and hit them. The accident happened at Collins and Green Oaks in Arlington....The accused drunk driver, Orace McKee, has been indicted on DUI and is still in jail. The accident was his forth drunk driving incident.

I guess Orace's crime is less evil than the two scum as reported in the article.

JMO, you all are the mirror reverse of the liberal hate crimes crowds.

To paraphrase Gertrude Stein, a crime, is a crime, is a crime.

Something the rabid right and left don't understand,

His employer is in a heap of doo-doo.

The pizza making machine that is linked in my reply #7 is from a buchannite thread with my reply to a pitchforker who doesn't believe that mass producing pizza is a manufacturing enterprise.

Here’s my standard post. We can do something about this.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like these 2 jerks.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

Yeah really let's give more power to the profession(lawyers) that produces no wealth, but only take it away as parasites do.

Yes, dear. We all understand that crime is crime. What you fail to understand that a huge numbers of crimes would not be committed if we enforced our immigration laws. Over 250,000 criminal illegal aliens are in our prisons. The 911 hijackers should have been deported. Instead, pathetic illegal alien panderers don’t think it is important to get these idiots out of our country and to prevent them from coming in in the first place.

So in addition to these illegals ruining the lives of US citizens with their crime, we have to pay to prosecute them, then pay about $45K a year to house and feed them. If the average prosecution takes $15,000 that is 3.75 billion right there. At $45K/year thats an annual hit of over $11 billion.

Dane, you never cease to amaze.

DUI has, for many years, been the target of much of society. The reasons are many, but those who kill and maim while DUI have, and continue to be, excoriated here.

However, this thread is about a double crime, DUI death at the hands of a criminal alien. Illegal immigration is sort of a hot topic lately, but evidently not in your pinhead.

By the way, did YOU post an article here when the Arlington girl was hurt? And if not, why not?

Well dear, what you fail to understand is that not all immigrants are evil, even the ones who crossed the border illegally to contribute to the US economy building shelter or cleaning toilets.

What some are saying is to seperate the good from the scum and to promote assimilation, but that gets lost in all the hysteria you promote, dearie.

OH BTW, pissanty don't you think that 4 time drunken driver offender such as Orace McKee would be a better candidate for deportation rather than the house builder or dishwasheer, Jose.

OOps, I forgot 4 time drunken driver offender Orace is white, nevermind.

No. I don’t. The four time DUIer deserves some serious time in the pokie doing hard labor. Actually deserved that after number 2. The toilet scrubber deserves a one way ticket back home on a nice comfortable bus with AC and Muzak piped in.

Do you think you deserve to go to Mexico or Ireland or Saudi Arabia illegally, lie to them, forge some documents, find a job then bitch and moan when they throw your ass out?

What the hell are you thinking? We are a sovereign nation, not a damn welfare system to the world.

The anti-hispanic tirade continues.

When is pissant going to demand the deportation of 4 time charged DUI offender Orace McKee as reported in the link provided in reply #9 of this thread?
