Think about it.

Should it be physically impossible for the tiger to get out of it’s confines under any conceivable or unconceivable circumstances or situations? Yes or no.

Come on...I’d beat those guys with a thick leather strap or cane if I could (except the dead one of course...I guess) BUT NO WAY SHOULD THAT TIGER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT!

What if the tiger had killed an innocent child during this incident? Wouldn't’t the zoo be liable for that?

How does one TEST for all conditions to include the actions of ill willed people in order to ensure they have adequately “protected” the general population?
