Too bad she didn’t shoot the bastard.

Is this really a story? Not much detail about what happened. Perhaps this is the Charger’s approach to dealing with him next weekend. Place the “victim” on the sidelines, and Moss can’t play.

I think that in a very significant part of the urban black community, this is known as “dating.”

It doesn’t matter in the eyes ESPN since he doesn’t wear a silver helmet with a navy blue star.

Moss just gave a statement on a radio station in Boston ... claims the women is lying that he battered her and that she earlier contacted Moss and his attorney and demanded money or else she would break the story right before the AFC championship game.
It is another case of 'she said - he said' that will be played out in the public forum with all kinds of speculation and theories, one of which will be accurate.

I think that in a very significant part of the urban black community, this is known as dating. Back during his latter days in Minneapolis, he gave one of his dates, a local meter-maid, a ride on the hood of his car for a few blocks. But I hear he's a really nice guy!

We would have twenty threads if it were a NY Yankee.

Causing a distraction for the AFC Championship - could be a planned thing.

It is another case of 'she said - he said' Indeed. But when one has a reputation like Moss' the "she said" is more believable. You can stick a punk on a great team, but a punk he'll remain.

Randy Moss does have a not so clean history. In high school he beat up another student, causing Notre Dame to revoke their scholarship offer to him. At Florida State he was kicked off the team for illegal drug use. He was arrested for hitting a pregnant woman. No wonder during the NFL draft several teams passed on him.

New England Patriot's wide receiver Randy Moss has been hit with a temporary injunction for protection against dating violence. So, Randy Moss is now barred by the courts from being violent when dating? Well, that's useful.

He seemed well behaved until now.
I was wondering if he would act up again, it’s a bit in his character. When he acts up; someone could become seriously hurt whether it be a carwreck or whatever. I heard on the radio this report and that he seriously hurt the woman but the story is not clear yet.
