LOL!
I don't have photos of her in swimwear plastered all over my bedroom because she's good in geography, for gosh sakes.
I don’t know.
Given the way Turkish guestworkers have overrun parts of Europe, it’s entirely possible she really did do all that in Budapest. :)
“Such as.”

Evr’y gal in Constantinople
Is a Miss-stanbul, not Constantinople
So if you’ve date in Constantinople
She’ll be waiting in Istanbul
Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it, I can’t say
(People just liked it better that way)
Take me back to Constantinople
No, you can’t go back to Constantinople
Now it’s Istanbul, not Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That’s nobody’s business but the Turks’

Istanbul!!
Istanbul!!
Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it, I can’t say
(People just liked it better that way)
Take me back to Constantinople
No, you can’t go back to Constantinople
Now it’s Istanbul, not Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That’s nobody’s business but the Turks’
‘stanbul!!
She makes Kelly Pickler sound smart. I’d still hit it.
Yes.
I do prefer the version by They Might Be Giants, though. :)
In Istanbul, you constantly hear the word “Bosporus”. You hear and see “Bosporus” more than “Istanbul” just walking around. It’s a stretch, but that’s where “Budapest” probably percolated out of her skull.
