I like the way Nero sounds. It’s just how I want to make it. I want the pictures curling back with the rhythm of the music.
Nero has a great variety of “wipes” and transitions — it has some “themes” that work pretty nicely and then you can override each slide transition as you wish. I’d guess that it has maybe 40-50 different transitions that you can choose from and repeat or change as you think appropriate (or select a theme and let the theme determine the appropriate transitions). The “curling” back with the music would be “page turn” or “swirl” according to Nero’s terminology. For a fast-paced slide show, you’ll want simpler and faster “wipes”/transitions. The wipes/transitions are categorized so you can get a variety in your slide show — or you can specify “same transition” for every slide (although that gets boring). Good luck!
