I remember fizzies. They were fun.

I remember “Sing Along With Mitch” and following the bouncing ball to see the words of the songs.

I remember when every family had a mother and father, married to each other, with the kids. I don’t remember knowing anyone who was divorced, or didn’t have a dad living with them in their home.

I remember Sunday drives into the country.

I remember Burger Chef.

I remember McDonald’s before they had drive thrus, and before they had indoor seating. You just had to eat in your car in the parking lot if you wanted to eat there.

I remember a time when nuclear power was the new techonology that would create clean energy.

I’m old enough to remember Wimpys, Roy Rogers (the fast food joint), and Arthur Treacher’s fish and chips.

I remember Burger Chef.

So do I. Hard to imagine they were the real innovators that McDonald’s and all the others followed but now they are gone and the others still here. I preferred Burger King to them all.

Give me a Big Chef meal please. I’ll add extra pickles at the Works Bar. :)

I remember McDonald’s before they had drive thrus, and before they had indoor seating.

Hamburgers were a dime and cheeseburgers were 12 cents.

I remember when all the neighborhood kids piled in the back of some dads pickup and went for burgers, picnics, etc and we were safe.

I remember when their hamburgers were 13 cents each or $1/dozen.

They were absolute crap then and still are today!
