Alabama is all sewn up for McCain so my wife and I were thinking of driving down to the battleground state of Florida. We're thinking of campaigning on E-day eve on busy streets waving McCain-Palin signs and flags. My wife's three and a half foot length blonde hair should attrack some attention as well.
Is anybody interested in helping us show enthusiasm in Pensacola?
Does anybody have suggestions for exact locations in Pensacola?
We want a great turnout in that conservative area.
i cannot give you any suggestions but I encourage you to go to Fla and help out!!!
I don’t live there anymore, but the Cordova Mall is at a busy intersection. The government buildings are all tucked away in a quieter part of town.
Cordova Mall....check! Ha! That will cost me when the Misses takes a bread and decides to cruise a few stores.
Don’t stand too close to the road. An Obama driver might try to hit you.
“...An Obama driver might try to hit you.”
That is what I worry about when I’m on my little motorcycle that is plastered with McCain-Palin stickers. It does get 74 mpg though (Yamaha dual sport 225cc).
LOL! Well, the good news is that gas is cheaper in Pensacola than it is in the county next door where I am.
“...gas is cheaper in Pensacola than it is in the county next door where I am.”
So you’re only one county away!
Are there many Obama drones in your area?
Do you have any FR activists that you could send our way?
I’ve seen one Obama sticker on a car, and one of our customers was going to an Obama rally on Saturday. She used to live in Saudi Arabia, has a huge recently built house on the water that has an Arabian style to it, and is a great admirer of all things Saudi Arabian. She is not Middle Eastern.
Her comments included America’s loss of standing in the world (I told her I didn’t care if we were loved, only that we were respected). She’s had a few doors slammed in her face and is surprised that people are telling her they are pro-life, so they won’t be voting for Obama. Apparently that’s less important than how the world views us. I mentioned that he voted against the Born Alive Act and even lied about one of his votes. She just replied dismissively that she didn’t know about that (as in I don’t believe it). I don’t think she’s ever heard of the Born Alive Act, so she’s probably an uninformed pro-choicer. The conversation ended amicably enough.
I’m afraid I don’t know any FR activists.
