If Ty starts to profit from the girls’ likeness, where does it stop? Next thing you know they’ll be “Hannah Montanaized.” It’s the Obamas prerogative to choose not to have that for their own daughters.

Because their parents are our politcal opponents, are we suddenly opposed to parents making decisions for their own kids?

IMO, White House kids should be off limits, period. An occasional photo op should be adequate to satisfy the public’s ‘right to know.’

The Obama’s CHOSE PUBLIC life, and no one is getting nasty with these kids.

To the contrary this is complementary to the children.

I recall when the press had field days with the Bush twins? Good “bad girls in the White House” stories meant more readers. It is always about the bottom line, this is no different.

If Michelle would have approved during the campaign or wants a cut of the profits is irrelevant as to whether or not it is right. I do not think it is right.

The girls seem to be very well behaved and poised.
[Now I am really getting freaked out—I agree with her about Ty and complimenting her as a mother.]
