Sustained use is generally where the damage is done ... lasting or even irreversable mood disorders and depression. People are cooking this crap up themselves, and you never know what you’re ingesting, either. One time experimentation is unlikely to do lasting harm, but it has happened, due to typically elevated heart rate and body temperature.
My guess is taking it repeatedly messes up you mind so you can't do any difficult or serious thinking. You live and function on a lower level than the hand God dealt you
