Miss California -- Define 'Semi-Nude'
So how's this for a new twist? Carrie Prejean believes she did not violate her Miss California contract when she gave pageant officials written assurance she never posed semi-nude.
Carrie's rep tells us the photo that's circulating is not a semi-nude pic -- "It's not a semi-nude pose because she's modeling for lingerie."
Fun Fact -- even though we haven't published the four semi-nude pics that were sent to us (because Carrie claims she was 17 when they were taken), we can assure you she was not wearing a top and she was flaunting some side boob.
One of the photos that's circulating shows the same.
If it was so bad, they could go after the people who made the 17 year old take her top off.
Was her mom or dad there?
Will the photographer be charged for child porn? I hope so. I shoot wannabe models all the time.
Any girl 18 or under must be accompanied by a parent. My law!
They are a child abusers pushing child pornography.
This does raise an interesting angle.
Could ambitious local conservative prosecutors bring child pornography charges against various liberal vendors for publishing these under aged photos?
That could be a valuable form of counter harassment against the liberal fascists who seek to destroy this woman.
her parents must have been supervising, how can Miss USA punish jueveniles for MySpace pics? They would have no standing in court...
The abscence of visual evidence makes it impossible for me to comment.
“Semi-nude” is like a “semi-boneless” steak.
according to TMZ there is no overt nudity so there is no issue with being of age
Side boobs?
Are side boobs worse that top boobs? Bottom boobs worse than inside boobs?
Which view of boobs are the “bad” views and which are the “good” views.
Bikinis kinda’ give all views at once. I’m confused.
Her pics are nothing that isn’t seen in the sunday sears catalog inserted into every newspaper in the country.
It’s not porn until the nipple makes its appearance. At least according to Seinfeld rules.
“and she will win in court, Trump can’t fire her for something done at 17”
I’m not so sure about that. She signed the contract last year, when she was 21, and apparently lied in certifying that she had never take nude or semi-nude photos.
If this ever goes to court (which I highly doubt) I think it will come down to the defnition of “semi-nude”. IMO, the first photo published would probably fit into this category and I imagine the contract gave the pageant officals broad discretion in interepreting it. On the other hand, she could argue that she was required to show just about as much skin in the swimsuit competition.
"Perez Hilton is known for his flamboyant and outrageous behavior"
Its not porn until the nipple makes its appearance. At least according to Seinfeld rules.
It’s also not porn if the nipple appears on your Christmas card.
Exactly why this generated "controversy" is so ridiculous.
No nips, no nudity! Seinfeld rules...
this is to be celebrated!
