I’m glad they found a well preserved cousin of ours. But are there not many “missing links” between the species? Would the “missing link” more properly be that which sets us apart from all the other primates? In the user’s manual it says that the “image and likeness of God” is that distinguishing difference. If you look around at our world with open eyes, you see that the ability to know (the image of God) and the ability to love (the likeness of God) are what completely characterize man and set him apart from all of his wonderful neighbors. It’s all right there in the user’s manual. I do hope Adam will forgive those who deny his paternity. I am sure Adam enjoyed the company and intelligence of his primate cousins. However, without the gift of reason, they remained monkeys.

this would be the first of its kind, so that is why it is ‘missing’. 47M was so long ago, the fossil record is poor.

it would be the link between lemurs and primates. Only exciting for those who are into the lemur thing.
