Problem is, it seems that in the past court rulings, ‘natural born’ has been decided to mean both parents are us citizens. this is where obama will have trouble along with proving he was born on us soil. There’s only one reason to spend millions on legal defense of this, and not simply release his COLB. And it ain’t personal privacy. Nothing on there would be anything he either hasn’t said or we supposedly don’t know already. It would vindicate him and end it, yet it isn’t released.

Still, why would zero's mother name a fake father? Was Davis married at the time? Also, would the Kenyan relatives be claiming he was born in Africa if BHO was a fake father? And zero went over there to campaign with his “cousin”.
If you throw out that zero looks more like Davis then it seems more logical that BHO is his father. I wonder if we'll ever find out.

No. His parents were married. His father, Obama Sr., registered his son as a British citizen. The law is clear: if you’re married to the child’s mother, you’re legally the father and responsible for the child.
All that crap about being “biologically” someone else’s son won’t hold up in a court of law and has no impact on citizenship.
I agree. I have always said he has probably lied about something of little consequence but now has to defend against exposure of that lie or his whole fabricated biography falls apart.
Bottomline I think he’s a citizen. That said, I think there is something embarrassing on this birth certificate. I believe it is that his parents were not married and although that would not be an issue today, it would have been when he was “dreaming” about his father and writing his biography. I don’t think the revelation that he’s illigitimate would harm him politically, but it would harm his ego and destroy his well crafter image.
I also think this chase keeps us looking at the right hand when we should be paying attention to the left. The passport/visa and college admissions info is where I think we might find the real story. Someone wanted his passport info back during the election, I wonder what they were looking for?
Seriously? If Barry is fully qualified to serve as POTUS but, has a bogus life story, do you think he knows his real story?
If he does, have a real story that is not consistent with his narrative, you would think he knows all about it.
Would it not follow that we should demand to see his entire life record, beginning at birth, so that we might emphasize with him or have him frog marched to whatever appropriate place he should be.

I had a thought, what if the birth certificate says “father unknown” Wouldn’t surprise me considering the time of birth, a black man fathering a white young girl in such racial times.
The question is can Orley get the issue of his father being Kenyan injected to the hearing and will they determine what a “natural born citizen” is.
If they hold to senate resolutions on McCain then Obama is sunk.
This judge is going to be under some serious pressure. I hope that the US Marshals assign him a detail for protection as well.
