Hard to believe... but apparently this is true.

A principal and an athletic director are facing criminal charges for a saying a prayer over lunch.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against Pace High School in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

The ACLU claimed some teachers were...

I’m not a lawyer.

But, my reading of this is the school made a “settlement” in civil court.

It appears in this case, the judge is holding the teachers to the agreement with the ACLU. He (She) is therefore holding them in contempt of court.

Which puts the coach and the school principal in criminal court.

Principal Frank Lay and athletic director Robert Freeman are scheduled to go on trial next month on criminal contempt charges. If convicted, both are subject to fines and imprisonment.

Now, if you want to argue that the ACLU is not pressing the criminal complaint you’d be right.

You’d also probably be a lawyer.

Again, which I am not.

I already knew the ACLU hate the Constitution and are trying to tear it down.

That judge needs to not be a judge. He shouldn't be allowed to practice law. Or vote. Letting him walk the streets would be OK. After he finishes 20 years hard time.

Pace High School is home of the Patriots.

Their hallways are named after Founding Fathers.

They have rifle teams.

They fly military flags below the national colors.

They have long been a target of outside agitators who do not like the success that the school has.

When I hit 'post', I got a 'Error' message. Maybe that is why we have so many double posts on FR this morning.

“They commented that they never thought a blessing for the food they were about to eat would be a problem. Also, there were no students present.

The deal is that the ACLU is doing all this despite the student, parent, and faculty endorsements.

I had 4 kids graduate from that school and never once heard any complaints from the inside, always crap from ACLU in the adjacent county (Escambia).

I am a retired teacher, and sub where my daughter teaches, and my grandchildren go to school. I hope the ACLU doesn’t start coming after that school.

“Who are these people at the ACLU?”

They are the so called “Friends of Government,” the same ones that feed off the blood of America as a parasite. With the only interest of enslaving an American citizens for profit.

You are the last line of defense, you know what you have to do or you are part of the problem!
