The US, like other countries, uses a variety of date formats.
Kenya uses both formats. The US also uses 1961-8-7, although to avoid confusion 1961 Aug 4 is preferred.
They have, but it's not yet off the "malware" site lists for some security programs. Using Mozzilla Firefox 3.5.2, and McAffee VirusScan Enterprise + AntiSpyware Enterprise 8.5.oi, with scan engine 5301.4018 and DAT version 5372.0000, no warnings appear. (DAT updated Sept. 5, 2009)
Baby foot prints are not reliable ID as soon as 30 days from DOB birth. I was the QC manager for one of the last manufactures of baby foot printers in the US. The foot print has gone from an ID system to a “keepsake” in the last 20 years.

I wonder about the Kenyan custom as regards designating month/day/year in numbers. For example, in the U.S., 11/4/09 would indicate the 4th of November, 2009, but in Norway, for example, those numerals in that order would indicate the 11th of April. I would assume that in Kenya the British custom would have been adopted, whichever that is. If this assumption is correct, and IF the Brits employ the same system as do Norwegians, that would suggest to me that the document here shown is not genuine on the basis of the dates given with the two “official” signatures.

Kenya uses both forms for denoting dates.
On August 25, 2009, Wiki had a color-coded global map of countries using different date formats (search wiki date format) and Kenya jumped out all by itself (in purple) as using two formats, one of which matched Lucas Smith’s Obama Kenya Birth Certificate.
List of the world locations by date format in use as of (8/25/09) was:

On August 27, 2009 an Obama supporter named Mystlylplx edited the Wiki date format page to show Kenya as only using dd/mm/yyyy and admitted it in Lucas Smith’s video comments. The Mystlylplx edits are also recorded in the Wiki record of edits for the date format page. As of Sep 10, 2009 the dual date formats for Kenya have been restored to the dual dates that had been shown August 25, 2009:
Kenya (dd/mm/yyyy)or (mm/dd/yyyy) and the map on the page shows Kenya in purple as a dual date format country.
I suspect that Obama supporters will continue to attempt to edit the Wiki page to undermine the Lucas Smith BC.
