If this goes forward and it’s proved he’s a usurper then expect a civil war.
If Barry is an illegal President, a civil war is not counter-indicated.
Holder's skeerd of appearing to become part of the story of the century, that is, when it finally breaks how Barry Soetero's serial forgeries, executive document burials and misrepresentations paved his way into the most powerful office in the world.
Are we honestly supposed to believe that because "mathematically" (not your best-known legeal term, eh) Alan Keyes could not have put together 270 electoral votes, he and his fellow litigants don't deserve to see justice determined in a court with proper jurisdiction for these claims and evidence?
Judge Carter, make the AUSA's tell you who ordered them to put together their brief. Follow their chain of command to See if Barry hasn't been continuing his mendacity through them!

Or, how about this line of argument:

I.E., the Justice Department is arguing that the Courts have no role in this at all. I wonder how that will go down with the judge.
Personally, I have never seen weaker argumentation on a case of this importance.
What can be done, if anything, will be for the future. All that I want at this point is to see the long form birth certificate.
If Barrack Obama is indeed a native of Kenya, and if this news is made known to the American people, his Presidency is a lie, he is a liar, and any chance of him accompllishing anything is over.
I have no idea if this is the case or not. I do know that he is doing everything in his power to keep it secret, and for that reason alone, if no other, I want it publicized.
Well, you can give them credit along with Glen Beck for breaking the story on Van Jones and bringing on his downfall.
