I'm amazed that I don't see many cars with any stickers anymore. And when I do, it's usually a sports team, or a brand name, very rarely is it political in nature. It's weird.

No bumper stickers? Maybe because there are certain people out there who would retaliate if they didn’t like what they saw. And in the future, bumper stickers might get you arrested.

"Weird", IMHO, is "communicating" via slogans pasted to a crash mitigation device of a motor vehicle.
A lower prevalence of this activity would thus be a reduction in weird.
