To: a fool in paradise
I know but what if you have say someone who has their money taken away by abusive relatives and the police refuse to do anything about it? What about people like Sebastian peters?What about People scammed by the system for being part of a certain catagory? Or if the government is responsible? What happens when a person has property or rights violated and has no lawyer. The sixth amendment even says its a right to have an attorney. This is different from national health care. This is about keeping government in its place and keeping evil at bay. When the poor do not have legal resources, evil is allowed to triumph.

Just think of what an advantage this is to Barack and the Democrats. On the one hand they are championing the little guy but in reality they are very happy.

There are all sorts of prosecutorial abuses.

But even when the persecuted defendants win, the prosecutors are not sent to jail for the abuse of power and waste of taxpayer money.
