Well, if you are bi-polar, maybe you did send one in and just forgot that you did. The gov’t loses stuff all the time. I have a friend who is bi-polar and dude wakes up in a different world everyday. Of course, he refuses to take his meds.

I must commend your true and effective charity, Parsy, in oh-so-gracefully (a) salvaging our young friend's self-esteem, and (b)marking a clear path out of the dilemma for him.

I have forwarded his case to Mr. Morris Dees. He will sue the government and jeremiah 1 will receive an all-expense paid education as an electrical engineer, (no matter what his intellectual capacity) a low-interest, no-down mortgage loan with paperwork by ACORN, and a commission as a major-general.

I became somewhat peeved in reading his screed. Do you think I might also qualify as bi-polar?
