WEST PALM BEACH, FL--A building damaged by two hurricanes turned into rubble just after 9 Sunday morning in West Palm Beach.
The 1515 condo, a 30 story building, was packed with about 2 thousand pounds of dynamite and detonated. In a matter of minutes all that was left was a pile of debris.
Thousands of spectators looked on from a safe distance. Many lined a nearby bridge and others were in boats sitting in the nearby Intracoastal Waterway.
They heard a series of 18 explosions, and after a slight pause, the building fell down upon itself.

Damaged by hurricanes? Those storms were not that bad. How old was the building? Who bought out the condo owners?
The Demo guy did a great job.
And the truthers said they heard 2 explosions before the WTC building came crashing down. It took 18 charges to bring down a 30 story building. WTC buildings were 110 stories. Does not compute. I watched the demolition of the Grand Casino Hotel in Biloxi, Ms. after Hurricane Katrina. It took around 8 or 10 charges to bring it down. It was severely damaged and sitting in the middle of Beach Boulavard. It was probably around 25 to 30 stories.
You sure? It was more like 12-15 stories and did not move from the hurricane. I think the barge mounted casinos moved, but they were not but 3-5 stories tall.
You are right. It was more like 10 to 15 stories. I thought someone said it was 29 srories but after watching this video, it wasn’t nearly that tall. It appeared to be sitting out on Beach Boulavard.
