Well you can’t entirely avoid accusations, those come from other people, anybody can accuse anybody else of anything, they don’t even have to be in the same state. He could avoid any behavior that gives anybody anything that might be evidence (like being in the same room), but that involves living in a bubble and never being with another human being.
Something like that happened to Tucker Carlson. He's spoken about it. He hadn't even met the woman who accused him of raping her. He said the whole experience was chilling, especially how seriously LE took her claim, even though it was obviously transparent.
