Please pull the Emergency Break!!
ObamaCare is a Prius. The brakes don’t work. Passage to come soon, just a few more minor deals.
Emergency BRAKE.
There hasn’t been much maintenance on the “Constitution” lately...not sure if the brakes work....
Maybe he wants congress to go on a break right now, so they can’t pass healthcare. You know, the emergency break.
Good lane control! Better than many I’ve seen who were not going sideways.
Oh.... the bill was already passed. The ‘reconciliation’ or ‘revisions’ bill they are now voting on is just a matter of smoothing out bribes.
I think the 2010 elections will be the emergency brake needed.
I don’t think I’ve ever been so afraid the someone might be desparate enough to take violent action. Normally I scoff at the possibility, since we are a nation of laws and votes and people know that the way to fix things is to vote for other people.
The past two months, we are a country I don’t recognise. All the talk is about how one party can game the system and thrwart the will of the people with tricks and subterfuge. Like the oppression of the Supreme Court abortion ruling, it doesn’t seem that the people have any power to save themselves.
We’ve seen enormous pressure, bribes, and who knows what else thrown at people who voted against the bill before. With the democrats crowing about needing just a few more votes, I fear some left-wing moonbat like the last three terrorists might go after the no votes to remove them. I also fear that people on our side could do the same to yes votes.
It’s like a football game where you know the referees have been bribed, and they are making absurd calls to help one team win (picture The Longest Yard). I never thought I’d see the day the media would let this happen.
The media KNEW that Scott Brown’s victory would kill the bill. But now they seem willing to accept the democrat’s ramrodding the bill through as if it’s all just natural.
And this will destroy our country. I can’t fathom why people elected to protect our country would vote to destroy it. on 9/11, we knew we needed to kill our enemies. We don’t know what to do when the enemies are running the country.
Besides, Pelosi told Obama he ain’t leavin the country until the bribes are in writing.
