“Because the model actually had cleavage and wasn’t some twig... apparently you can only show women in bras and panties if they have few curves.”

I just want to point out, again, that “twig”s can have curves, too. Would everyone please stop confusing “curves” with body fat percentage. That’s nothing but propaganda.

“I’d like to know why the model is considered ‘Plus-sized’.
She is beautiful and built like a real woman not like those ‘tanorexic’ skags you see on reality shows or on most fashion runways.”

There’s your answer right there. They are called “plus-sized” because their sizes are in excess of normal fashion world standards. It’s insider lingo, and really shouldn’t matter to us at all.

>>You mean the homosexualized view of how a perfect woman should look?<<

That would be it — we still owe Twiggy a vote of enmity.

Are you thin, but beautiful? Just fishing with a wild guess... ;)

I couldn't agree more. The chick in the commercial was chubby, not "curvy."

It’s really neither here nor there when it comes to what sort of women have “curves.”

It's all good.

Plus-sized label Lane Bryant says that a commercial for their new Cacique line of lingerie has been rejected by ABCAFOX. The label suggests in a post to their blog that the networks restricted their airtime although they had already agreed to run the commercial. Bryant says the networks had a problem with the cleavage in the ad.

The woman in the commercial is very beautiful.

I am wondering if the reason that the commercial was rejected was the fact that she goes out the front door of her house with just a coat over her underwear and the coat is unzipped.

Just wondering...
