That thing is two sizes too small on the top. Although, it looks a little better than those kitchen towels I’ve seen her wearing.
I think I know the problem. Ms Obama is small busted and they wanted to give her cleavage so they squished her in from all sides to give it a go.
It’s like a Wonder Dress ... only it didn’t work. She just looks pinched and she still doesn’t have any cleavage.
Nothing wrong with having a small bust but trying to pretend otherwise is a huge fashion mistake.
There’s really nothing wrong with the dress itself, it’s the way it’s so poorly fitted for and suited to her. That is pretty inexcusable, given the staff she has, and the importance of the occasion and her role as FLOTUS.
