No, thank the indigenous people of Mexico. The modern Mexican is a mixture of (mostly) Spanish and Amindian ancestry, and the more “el Indio” you look the lower your place in their culture and society.

I know who you mean.
They're 5 feet tall and brown and populate the areas from Oaxaca south. They don't generally speak Spanish.
