TWO men suspects were arrested today in connection with the beating deaths of dozens of Koi fish on a California college campus.
Two men were captured on surveillance cameras beating the fish with baseball bats yesterday, KTXL-TV in Sacramento reported.
At least 13 fish were killed and several others injured in the attack at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton.
Several of the injured Koi remained in their pond today, KTXL reported.

Did the fish refuse to show their green cards??

Who would think of using baseball bats to attack fish. That seems weird to me.

I hear Koi are bottom-feeders. Should be able to find plenty of lawyers. They were in the same schools.

I’ve seen those koi.They are gorgeous!

I’m gong down to Tamagawa near Chofu today with my youngest son to catch some Koi. I prefer catfish, but this is all we have around here. They don’t put up much of a fight, but they are big, so they are fun to catch on small line.

Makes sense:
Kill fish (especially ones with unusual names) and you get arrested;
Kill an ubborn child and you get a humanitarian award.
