I know of someone who was a "home birth." Right away, within the week, the parents filed the birth with the state's Dept. of Health/Vital Records. This person has a certified short form BC.
There's nothing wrong with being born at home as opposed to being born in a hospital. If BO really had been born at home (in HI or elsewhere in the U.S.) you'd think he'd make a big deal of it, as if he'd been born in a log cabin, or a little grass shack, or something.

The fact that he is allowing the court martial of Mr. Lakin to go forward is very telling. He either cant show a BC to stop it, or If he has a BC and is allowing this to go forward he is despicable and worthy of contempt from all Americans. Im betting he is a foreign born dirtbag.
