Lt. Col. Terry Lakin refuses to be deployed to Afghanistan under the orders of Barack Hussein Obama until the government proves that Obama is qualified to be president of the USA according to the Constitution of the USA. The military is using a court martial to force his compliance. Lakin is trying to use discovery in the court martial about Obama’s citizenship as per his rights to defend his actions and the court is blocking his ability.....
Obama promised to be transparent. It is time for our courts, our media, and our military to force him to keep his promise….. by any means necessary.
Barack Hussein Obama needs to prove that he was born a natural citizen and that he never had a dual citizenship as an adult. America needs to see his college documents, his passports, and his long form birth certificate. And we all need to support Lt. Col. Terry Lakin as a true patriot who is honoring his oath as an officer.

Yes, he’s a patriot. Yes, he has run afoul of forces far beyond his comprehension. He’s screwed....and we are a far, far lesser nation because of it.
The “Burden of proff” is on the prosecution. They need to prove that the order to deploy is lawful by verifying the lawfulness of Obama’s eligibility.

How can they be so infatuated with his brand of toothpaste, yet make no mention that he is a political serial criminal? Why have they made him king when he is not even born a citizen; to call Barack Hussein Obama president of America is tantamount to calling Mother Teresa the queen of hell.

Actually, that's not true. If it was, then the military would have to prove the lawfulness of every single order it gave whenever someone disagreed with one.
That's why the presumption is actually that the order is lawful, and so the challenger has to prove that it isn't.
And before he can do that, he has to show that there is enough doubt to allow him to make his argument.
And before he does that, he has to show that he challenged the order in a lawful way, so that he can be allowed to show his doubt.
Personally, I think he's right. But the military is not constructed so as to make successfully challenging orders easy.
I’m losing faith in the human ability to reason here.
He has successfully corrupted and silenced the supreme court, electoral college, congress, senate, liberal and conservative media, lower courts, trial lawyers, hawaii state gov, attorney generals, state police, and the military from officer level up.
Unfortunately there is only a few of us left to resist.

Unfortunately, military law doesn’t function that way. It is designed around the presumption that civilian authority has done its job to ensure a valid chain of command from the top down. Therefore, Dr. Lakin is being hammered by a system not designed to deal with someone of his high character, and an administration of such low character. Thus, a system of justice that works under normal conditions doesn’t work in this case. So, a good man is going down in flames.
The military system of justice is not trully flawed, the presumptions it is based upon are. I agree that Dr. Lakin is correct to question the POTUS’ NBC credentials. However, the UCMJ and its traditional implementation are not set up to deal with such questioning. This particular situation is unique in history. The fact that things have deteriorated in the following of the constitution by civil authorities has created this crisis. A person of LTC Lakin’s high character would never have challenged a sitting presidents authority IF the civilian side had done their duty to the constitution. Thus, he feels honor bound to challenge, but the military is not set up for such a challenge.

Compliance is no longer an option. Lakin has said he won't go. The military is using a court martial to punish him for his refusal to comply.
No, they don't. The Army's charge is that Lakin refused to obey the orders of his brigade commander, not Obama. They won't have a problem proving that. Lakin, on the other hand, has to show how that officer's order were unlawful.
This is worse than I thought.
Bronkburnett, you mentioned the possibility of threats to the judges... It reminded me of the death of Lakin’s lawyers’ son.
Lucy, or others, did we ever learn anything more about his son’s death? I remember some odd circumstances, but don’t recall if anything was ever reported in regards to cause of death.
As far as threats to judges - I think anyone really paying close attention will see that there have been NUMEROUS bodies ‘piling up’ around Obama and his various nefarious dealings in Chicago. It reminds me of the Clinton Body Count, although a bit smaller because Obama just hasn’t had the time to amass the quantities of enemies the Clintons’ did. If the threats aren’t spoken, they are certainly implied at this point!! [ALL JMHO of course...]
There's the rub. Will he be allowed to show his evidence?
