I'm gonna make a burger in a little while...fresh bun, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, mayo.....only 100 calories (wink, wink) because I made it at home and didn't get it from that fat factory....McDonalds.
The burger sounds good. That’s true about the marketing stuff—too bad, I was actually hoping something might work. I’ve tried the melatonin pills. Did get drowsy, but one time gave me a severe headache, so I’ve not taken any more.
