Whether the subject is pit bulls, the Mormon Church, or NASCAR matters not. Do you think it follows conservative tenet to censor topics some don't care for? And, would it be consistent, or not, with being a conservative to exercise self-discipline and avoid topics that one dislikes?

A real conservative would simply ignore it and move on, rather than to suggest that another’s right to free speech should be abridged.

Then don't read them. Will Rogers once said "your right to swing your fist ends at my nose." Dog owners have been "swinging their fists" beyond this limit for years.
