NEW MARTINSVILLE, W.Va. -- An Ohio Valley man whose spray-painted mugshot was circulated worldwide has been arrested again on accusations of huffing.
Wetzel County sheriff's deputies arrested Patrick Tribett -- again with gold spray paint on his face -- Wednesday night.

Looking at his mug shots it appears he has neurological deficits, his actions at this point is merely self medicating. I wonder why he’s so fond of gold paint?

Until now, I thought “Huffing” referred to the lunatic rants of the Huffington Post. I would venture to say that this type of “Huffing” is less dangerous because it only harms the idiot doing it.
