I don't either. But if you're using IE8, click on "compatiblity view" in tools, and you'll get the old version.
If you're using Firefox, you're on your own...
I guess it's a matter of preference but I like the new google images on firefox. I used to use cooliris all the time and the new google images is quicker. YMMV.
