Mandatory sentencing guidelines in Nevada for COcaine Posession:
1-6 years in Jail and $5000 fine, there is no Diversion or DrugCourts, She will be spending a long time in Jail, let us only hope she was within 1000 feet of a School so the penalties can be doubled.
I’ll bet she gets a stiff sentence and ends up serving it the way Lindsay Lohan did hers.
The reality is — we do have our own princesses and royals.
I wonder if the Las Vegas District Attorney is up for reelection in November. If so, all the candidates will want to make an example out of her. Indict her before the election, etc.
