You assume I know nothing about those/these? poor condescending attempt young lady. Try again. I am well aware of other breeds attacks. (heck, one happened 2 weeks ago here). One more time, what are the percentages of pits attacks versus other breeds? In 1955 I had a little monster Jack Russ. who terrorized the neighborhood and had to be reigned in. I know darn well how other breeds can act up. Do you even remember 1955?...1965...how ‘bout 1975?

One more time, I don’t give a flying flip what you think I should do.
As long as your buddies accept the Merrit Clifton “study” as valid scientific research, any attempt to introduce rational thought to the discussion is hopeless. I provide these links for the benefit of those that assume that if they don’t hear about it, it doesn’t exist.

So what, are you going to call me a whippersnapper and mock me for having kids and a fat ass again?

I had never heard of the Merrit Clifton study. It looks more comprehensive than the data I posted and includes more recent data (2006) and captures more of the devastating injury that pit bulls are known to cause in their attacks (the data I posted above is just deaths). I assume you know more than I do about these things but if you haven’t seen the study in awhile, here’s the link:
