Exactly! Who will be the one to decide what mix a dog is? That’s WAY too broad, I can see all sorts of issues with that.
I have never heard of any bread that attacks a human as anything but a Pit Bull, I mean, would you really want to say “I was attacked by a Wienner dog” or a “I was attacked by a Beagle” or God fogive “I was attacked by a Bassett Hound”....nope, it has to be a Pit Bull...
Another simple question. What if we banned all bully breeds? That would probably go over like a lead balloon.

A pit bull is any dog between 30 and 100 lbs, with a fine coat, long or short legs, muscular or slender or chubby build, a long or short muzzle, drop ears, prick ears, wide set or narrowly set eyes, a docked or natural tail, and the only colors they come in are blue, black, red, white, fawn, brown, and buckskin. Pit bulls may come with spots, speckles, patches, flashing, socks or dark tips.
