Quite a resource collection you've assembled. Well done.
I would like to spend a several days, and nights, in a hotel room with my laptop, printer with 2 reams of paper, 10 blank yellow pads, a high-speed web connection, several carts of sandwiches, 2 bottles of 12 yr old scotch, 2 bottles of wine - 1 red, 1- white and a lot of strong black coffee.
I think then, one might begin to crack this nut.
