Just order it with the six-handle option...
better to be judged by 12 than have to ride mass transit.

And I’d buy it if it were available today at a reasonable price. But it’s not the same thing.
The story here is one important thing. It is not the safety, for it is safer than a motorcycle. It is this: 258 mpg.
Well I would certainly get a lot of exercise on the annual trip from Maine to Minnesota.

How about commuters? The mileage, compared to a 30 mpg car, is essentially reducing the “effective” cost of gas to about 30 cents a gallon. That is very empowering and would actually increase my mobility by quite a bit.
But, sadly, I suppose a two seater would only get 175 mpg.
Not that it's important, more from an informational angle that people seem to enjoy.
German plates have their city or county of registration at the start of their plates.
This WOB plate is from Wolfsburg, where VW's are built.
The three letters mean it's a small city. One letter, e.g M for Munich or F for Frankfurt, is a big city, two letters, e.g. KS for Kassel, is a medium city. Wolfsburg is a small city, thus the three letters.
For former military who were stationed in Germany back in the day. Since the EU was formed the country stickers on the back of the car are gone. It's been replaced by a letter in the blue patch on the left of the under an EU flag. This plate has D for Deutschland, the German word for Germany.
Also, almost all countries have this same color plate now. Netherlands and Luxembourg still have the yellow plate, I think, but almost all others are white.
I miss the stickers and different color plates. It's a lot harder to pick out where the cars and trucks are from on the autobahn now.
I don't live near a US base, so I don't know what plate they use now.
I remember going from a green plate to the blocky white plate with the tag number inside the windshield after the Ramstein bombing.
Where are the pedals?
thanks for ruining my day. I thought it was a prototype made just for me. :)
Herrlich! Wunderbar! Verwaltig!
Unfortunately it cannot drive over a speed bump at any speed.
WOB = registered in Wolfsburg. It’s actually carrying legal plates with the registration and safety test stickers after the WOB.
We definitely need to demand an edit button.
WOB is actually the plate for Wobblybobhausen. A small, but vitally important, city in central Germany. I looked it up.
Please accept my apologies. I'll try to be more careful next time ;>)
Silly American.
The Western World is killing the planet. We need to go for ZPG (Zero Population Growth). That means no kids.
Pets are slavery. Animals deserve to be free.
Stop supporting McFarms and captialism. You need to grow your own produce and avoid all meats.
If you farted in that thing, you’d probably asphyxiate yourself.
US forces European plates now look like the German plates. They’re less instantly recognizeable than the old US-sized black and white plates, but you can still tell. You get a USA instead of a D, with the prefix of AD on German-sized plates and a prefix of HK on US-sized plates.
darn. guess I’ll never own one.
not for $50k , not even for $20k.
that sounds like a co-worker’s college daughter !
(where else, Madistan!)
Does the AD plate with USA have the Euro flag on it?
Actually that would cause a dramatic "turbo boost" inscrease in speed in this little toybox.
