What I have never understood about these bullying and hate crime laws is how bullying me because I am gay or black any different or worse than bullying me because I am white or ugly or straight or have red hair or have only one leg!?!?!
The gays have been after this particular law for a reason ... they have an agenda far beyond anti-bullying. This is their toe-hold into moral legitimacy.
The should be NO difference.
Laws against violence and intimidation should not be restricted to any class, protected or unprotected.
