I stated this is something I heard on Fox News yesterday. Don’t know who did the poll.
The poll was conducted by Intercollegiate Studies Institute. There was a thread on FR with a link to an aol article that had information on the poll and gave a sample of questions contained on the test. I think I saw the thread on the 14th, The aol article was titled Opinion: Elected Officials Flunk Constitution Quiz.
