His records will probably contain his name change to Soetoro. He was Barry Soetoro in Indonesia. He could not have attended school as an American citizen. The birth records will have a paper trail that leads to fraud, pure and simple.

I say he took government aid money because he registered as a “foreign student” in college in order to qualify for the money. In fact he may will have been a foreign student from Indonesia known as Barry Soetero.
One possibility is that it’s simple political strategy.
Who is paying for the lawyers that Obama uses to fend off those who want to see the birth certificate?
Obama may be a millionaire, but he’s not so much a millionaire that he can afford this sort of miscellaneous spending.
However, the Democratic party can, because spending a few million on an issue like this is nothing when one considers how much it is to run any campaign of any significance.
So one consideration is that Obama purposely allowed this mystery to fester on the right, knowing that there isn’t really anything to be concerned, because his real father, whomever he is, is an American citizen.
Come next election, to galvanize the left and try to scatter the right, he might pull out his real birth certificate at that time and the left will hammer at the right for being racists and are hoping that many who voted for the left will do so again, because the right doubted Obama’s eligibility.
