A very amateur and inexperienced forms designer or documents analyst might have looked at the "document" we saw today and pronounced it fraudulent way back in the 2008 primaries and caucuses.

My theory is that the 0bama regime have a prototype time machine stashed away at Rosewell in area 52.....

it's not a complete time machine allowing operatives to be transported backwards and returned....

If you look at the image provided by the White House you see the birth certificate entering from the parallel universe from the slot on the left...takes form and appears as a whole page...
