Right but you know how the government is when it comes to forms?

All forms have to meet a certain format. You just can’t throw in random words. I have a feeling if Stanley Ann did say that, then she would have said, “Kenyan” and not “African”. That just Political Correct nonsense.

Spot on.

Here is some research into this:

I know how the government is about forms. I posted earlier ~ and even earlier ~ and for years and years and years ~ that I designed OVER 1,000 different forms for the use of the USPS and the mailing public.

Some were simply dramatic revisions ~ and MANY OF MINE also carried a warning that you could be punished by law to include imprisonment and $10,000 fine for providing FALSE information.

So, what is it you want to tell me ~ that SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE in the government cares?

In all those years I don't recall a single individual ever going to prison for misusing a postal form.

Reminding the users of the penalties might have encouraged them to conform, but punishment is used only on a select few.

There is no "Penalty" clause on the original blank form used for input to the civil registration system in Hawaii. Stanley Ann had nothing to fear. She'd just had a baby and they asked her his father's race (if any) ~ what if she didn't know? Ever think of that? What if Stanley Ann and the nurse and the clerk and the chief clerk at the county had no idea what "race" you might be if you came from Africa?

She said "African" and if I'd been there I'd not argued with her, and no federal bureaucrat was standing around ready to pounce on the mothers, babies and nurses.

I think your imagination regarding what goes on in a fascist state is running away with your common sense.

There are no guards with bayonets posted at the front door. And people in Hawaii aren't hung up on race ~ they know the facts. Japanese vote Democrat. Chinese vote Republican. And haoles vote whatever they want. This little baby Curajan? No one cared.

Think about it, 50 years ago his baby-momma said the baby-daddy came from Africa, and NO GOVERNMENT AGENT has changed it in all those years.

Here's a secret for you ~ from a government employee who figured out how to put his imprimatur on all the Postal rules ~ NO BODY CARES unless you owe money for it, or they owe you money for it ~ "it" being a dispute on the amount.
