What we need is a lot of the “right” people in place in DC who are committed to cleaning house. Totally cleaning house.

Correct. While winning the next presidential election is important, the whole system is messed up. Also, and probably more importantly, we have a nation of whom over half of voters voted for a guy who had no experience, whose rhetoric often contradicted his philosophy, and who is nothing more than a political used-car salesman. Almost as important as winning government elections is getting out there and educating the people on Conservative ideas. We won't have long term victory if we don't get out to the people.

The “right” people know that DC must be gutted and field dressed.

More than 1/2 of the functions DC has created are unconstitutional and counter productive to the nation.

Cut Washington by 1/2 and if any of the eliminated functions are worth keeping let the states assume them.

We are approaching hunting season for Traitors of all stripes. Commie Dems, RINO Globalists, “career bureaucraps” and the perpetual leaches that power centers draw.

What needs to happen is to make Congress and the Senate telecommute most of the year from their home district. Under the thumb of the electorate and away from the Lobbyists in DC. It is 100% doable now.

I first proposed this to a POL in OKC about 15 years ago. It would have worked then, but is a no brainer now.

The Texas legislature meets every other year. There is no reason for the Congress and the Senate to be full time in DC. There is no stipulation in the Constitution other than that they will meet at least 1 time per year and it does not state duration.

It is TIME!
