Sometime between 1977 and 1979. Obama had his first job scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins in Hawaii in either 1975 or 1976.

Unless Baskin Robbins was paying him under the table The One already had a SS# when the Conneticut card was issued.

Lots of speculation that the Conn. card was issued to someone long dead by 1980...the year Obami needed to file for selective service.

Best guess is he was a foreign student at that time with a non-citizen status. Probably he was a citizen of Packistan.
So he likely never filed for a draft card. Years later he needed a fake ID showing he did file in 1980...whomever did this likely took a SS# from a dead man...and created the fake form...not realizing SS#s were assigned by state...Obama had never even set foot in Conn. through 1977.

BTW...don’t tell the MSM about any of this...they might have the story of the century.

Barry’s Selective Service registration would have never been done in Chicago. There are three centers. HI/CA would be in the Western location. Students with a Student Visa don’t have to register, BUT, if you don’t, by law, and are here as an Illegal or Citizen, you will be denied Fed assistance and if you are an Illegal, you may be denied citizenship.
