New emails obtained by The Daily Caller contradict claims by the Obama administration that the Treasury Department would avoid “intervening in the day-to-day management” of General Motors post-auto bailout.

These messages reveal that Treasury officials were involved in decision-making that led to more than 20,000 non-union workers losing their pensions.

I have to believe that on some level this was criminally illegal or subject to civil liabilities on numerous grounds.

Don’t hold your breath on Holder investigating it.

I suppose it’s to much to hope that the NYT, WP, LAT, The Guardian, and the rest of the usual suspects pay even 1% as much attention to this as they did to Sarah Palin’s emails.

> WOW! That’s incredible.

Not at all.

Abominable.
Disgusting.
Despicable.
Deplorable.
Egregious.
Execrable.
Corrupt.
Probably even Illegal.

But not incredible.

Especially given that the current US Government is a totalitarian-statist regime, and actually has been even before 0bamao.

Don’t wait for the propaganda media to report it like the Palin emails, either.

American Christians are the new European Jews.

“WOW! That’s incredible.”

Yeah, I tell you what else is incredible; it’s the perhaps millions of people who owned common stock and had to sit on the sidel lines and watch their stock turn to air. And, watch the Obama adminstration say “tuff shi&”. Now, as someone who was personally affected, I say that’s incredible.

............

I would think that if ever a group of people had standing as a class action lawsuit it would be this group.

Now to find a Law firm willing to risk it all to represent them.

“The baraq regime is completely lawless.”

It's more than being ‘lawless’. Many in this administration, including Obama, are in a hate driven vendetta mode. They truly believe that all the inequalities in society are the result of unfair advantage, or being white, or some other such nonsense, and they think that it is their mission and calling to right these inequalities. The premises upon which their agenda is based are wrong, and grounded in racism, prejudice, and hate, but they're too self-absorbed and spiteful to question themselves.

So a government wholly owned by unions, except where it is owned by enviromentalists and foreign powers, finds a way to cut pensions of 20,000 non-union workers.

The obvious question, IMO, is “Did the same cuts get applied to union workers”?

If not, that smells like something dems would call discriminatory or predatory were the situation reversed.

My very first thought when I saw this. They spent thousands to send hundreds of reporters to look at Palin's emails. But they haven't given one inch of space to this story/crime.

We are now living in a Semi Fascist country. If Barrack Obama wins the next election our conversion to Fascism will be completed.

Civil unrest will follow.

Oh well, another corruption uncovered! And another corruption will be covered up. Obama and this administration of socialist thugs can get away with anything, even murder via Fast & Furious. It’s hopeless considering the mental midgets who are allowed to vote.

Expecting another election is optomistic. I’m optomistic in hoping the GOP will nominate a reformer to truly unite the party, instead of a RINO that will split it, and guarantee a dem victory.

The problem with a united GOP is that Soros will have to crash this economy, which would result in suspended elections and one LONG term for his puppet-dictator, BHO.
