I have emailed photobucket to discuss the situation with them but i imagine I will probably be hooked up to a tool. I will post the email if that is the case.

So find a web host that will let you direct link photos and tell Photobucket to pound sand. They’re not the only game in town.

Assuming everything read here is accurate I'd take Photobucket's response so far to suggest they have a truckload of neo-nazis and skinheads running the place.
The only people those photos are critical of are the nazis!

Since there is anti-government and anti-obama stuff on PhotoBucket, yours must have been really bad.

Why don’t we ALL join photobucket, post “hateful” (anti-Obamacare) pix and get banned? It should tie them up for weeks!

My guess is, it’s not so much “opposition to universal healthcare “ that’s the problem, as much as the pictures of the Holocaust, etc.
They might not go over real big here either.

I believe Tinypic is now owned by Photobucket.

. I also urge all of you to do no business with Photobucket since they are liberal dominated and will ban you in a heartbeat if you oppose liberalism at all.I use photobucket and have all kinds of pics there that bash and ridicule specific liberals and leftism in general. I've never had any trouble.
I use Imagecave as a backup, same thing, no hassles.
You might want to try Imagecave, maybe that will work out better for you. Good Luck.

tinypic deleted some of the Obama stuff I had posted on my FR homepage.

Pffft. My buddy makes money thru affiliate marketing and uploading bootleg/porno stuff and he has at least 75 image hosting sites, and some of them even pay you for using their images.
Photobucket isn’t the only deal in town. Thank God for free market competition. Just move to another site and e-mail PB to eff themselves.

I had a picture of Hitler giving a speech, but with Obama’s face on it giving the Nazi salute.
They pulled it down.
I use Dropbox now. You can host ANYTHING on Dropbox (documents, photos, music, video) and you don’t need a browser to do it. You can even set up a webpage on it if you want.
The application creates a directory on your computer called “Dropbox”, and inside that is a file called “Public”. You simply drag a pic inside the Public folder, then right click on it and choose “Copy Public Link”.
Works like a charm, and so far, they’ve not removed or censored any of my files.

I had a similar experience with photobucket last September 11. They kept taking down this and related pics...
...they told me it was offensive, but they still allowed other people to upload pics of Serrano's 'Piss Christ.'

They banned me, too. I didn’t have anything bad on their site. At first they kept removing single pictures then banned me altogether.
I use TinyPic. It’s owned by Photobucket, but I can still use it.
Bunch of Obama lovers.
