I never realized kittehs were a cost burden on the taxpayer.
I always thought those dastardly goldfish were the usless eaters.
Maybe kitteh needs to submit to taxpayers an itemized bill for disposing of rodents and other public nuisances.

How do you get kittehs to do the disposal? Mine used to leave them on kitchendoor mat for me to dispose.
