This seems like a scam to me a way to get people on a list of some kind. If the vouchers are not good until 3 or 4 years from today then why would all those people have to fill out the paperwork now alot of things change in 3 to 4
years. Also I find it strange that the people had to line up at 6 am this should be something that a person should just be able to go into the Social Services building and get on the list. Just seems weird to me. Sounds like some kind of voter fraud registration like ACORN.

Because when most people hear/read “housing” and “free”, they don’t care, they will go for it. One of my close buds works for the state here in CA, and across the hall where the welfare office is, it’s mostly black people lined up.

One of the state perks’ is free electricity and they know how to to apply for it. mexicans, blacks..they know where the free welfare stuff is. Seen it myself.
