Executives at major media outlets choked on their spritzers and diet cokes when Casey Anthony's lawyer informed the press that his client will take absolutely no less than 1.5 million dollars for her first sit-down interview. The joke's on the Anthony clan, though, as sources from major networks say she's not going to get anywhere near that amount, if anything.

Well I already boycott those shows solely because they’re run by liberal morons. On the other hand you won’t find her doing interviews on Foxnews anytime soon, but Foxnews is the “evil” station isn’t it? Diane Sawyer can put a blatant child rapist like Michael Jackson on a pedestal or a child killer like this puke, but I doubt you’d see Bill O’Reilly doing the same.

Sponsors -- abso-posi-lutely. As soon as any network announces a Casey Anthony interview, or an intent for a Casey Anthony interview, the national sponsors of that network need to get a flood of mail.

On the other hand, she does need the money to pay off the claims against her by the groups that she suckered into looking for a child she knew wasn't lost. Unfortunately, I think, most of the money she would get from appearances would find its way into lawyers' pockets.

Last night someone mentioned in passing on TV that ABC had paid Casey Anthony’s legal fees- I wonder if this is what they meant or if there is more to the story?
