No, but neither have I seen massive riots in every major city, on a daily basis with building burned, and people dying in the streets. (which is what it would take for a president to declare martial law without being tared and feathered for it) So if that's his goal, he's failing miserably. It's kind of difficult to fomment an uprising, when your "base" tends to be shiftless and lazy and would rather sit in front of the TV with a beer, because it's just to darn hot to leave the air conditioning and go out and riot, even for Obama.
If you expect to see riots in the streets, think about what would happen if he announced that there would be no welfare checks because the evil republicans have blocked them. Would that then give him an excuse to declare martial law?
